In a mud pot cook prawns by adding coconut bits, gambooge, green chillies, salt and very little water.
Prawns need very less time to cook, hence no need to add too much water.
Turn off the stove when half cooked.
In another mud pot heat coconut oil and splatter mustard seeds in it.
Add ginger, garlic paste, shallots, curry leaves and saut? well.
When the shallots turn translucent, add turmeric powder & chilli powder.
After sometime add half cooked prawns and mix well.
Saute till the prawns become dry and cooked well.
Serve hot.
